Accessibility

I work hard to put accessibility at the heart of my practice. I try to be clear about who each class is for – and to offer accessible practices for every body.

Not all classes are suitable for everyone – as we all have different needs and adjustments. Do send me a message at grace@freetobeyoga.co.uk if you want to discuss.

I do work hard to offer step-free access and I currently teach in Jump Studio (step free access available) and Willow Rooms in Emersons Green Village Hall (lift access and accessible toilets)
